5 out of 5 starsJesus and crew did a fantastic job installing new roof and gutter on our house and the detached garage. Everything is done with top notch quality, great attention to details, and exceptional workmanship. They carefully repaired two small sections of stucco and clapboard siding where the roof meets the wall, and also did an excellent job with the flashing throughout, including carefully seal off all corners to rodent proof the attic. The gutter installation was also excellent. They built wrap-around corners for a nice finished look, and carefully mounted and painted all the downspouts. Another example of their quality work is when they did the neat and beautiful pipework in the attic, when we needed them to reroute existing vents from one side of the roof to the other (preparation for solar panel installation.) Throughout the project, Jesus and his crew were a joy to work with, with great communication, and they always carefully tidying up the job site at end of each day. We couldn't be happier with the end results, and would wholeheartedly recommend them. See more See less

Starting with the first email communication with Corinne, to the final test of the stylish new solar skylights that Jesus, Daniel, and their entire team installed. They not only did an excellent job repairing my entire roof in the front and back houses, but they were also professional, respectful, kind, and caring. I felt so well taken care of. He offered us more than fair price for the job. His crew showed up on time, the installation was seamless and quick. His crew left the site very clean after completing the work. 5 out of 5 starsI can't recommend this business enough. My wife and I decided we wanted to get a metal roof and went about getting bids. We got several bids that were ALL over the place and were intimidated and a bit discouraged with the results. We were on the verge of just doing regular shingles when I "stumbled" across this company's contact info. Jesus came out on the same day and gave us a most reasonable bid. He explained that while the roof itself would last a long time, eventually things like the flashings would have to be serviced. We appreciated the transparency that we didn't get with the other bids. He showed us other houses nearby that they had installed metal roofs on. This was very comforting to us and we ended up going forward with Bay Area Five Star Roofing for our metal roof. Leo and his team did a fantastic job over a two week period. You can tell they really care about what they do. They take pride in their work and it shows. Corrine made things super easy to understand and provided documentation when we wanted to make sure we could install solar panels on the metal roof. Months later during solar panel installation, we needed a hole drilled in the roof for the conduit. Bay Area Five Star Roofing came out and coordinated with our solar installers where the hole should be. It took me a day or two to realize the conduit hole had been drilled. I reached out to Corrine asking how much I owed for the convenience and service and she told me nothing was owed. Based off how professional, courteous, and kind they all were with us I can't say that I didn't expect this response, but it was still very heartening. These are good people who you can trust.
